Civil Practice Division

The Civil Practice Division develops and implements policies and best practices to advance the goals and mission of the Judiciary in the civil part, special civil part, general equity and probate part matters. The office supports the local civil divisions in each Superior Court and coordinates the implementation of civil court rules.
