Carole Hafferty has completed the New Jersey Family Mediation Training Course and the New Jersey Parenting Coordinator training. She has served as a private mediator, Early Settlement Panelist, and practices Family Law. She is experienced in family law matters involving parenting time disputes and resolutions.

Bruce has practiced divorce and family law for over 30 years. He has mediated close to 2000 divorce and family law disputes and has served as a Guardian ad Litem for children appointed by the court. He has been appointed as a parenting coordinator in many matters. 

Guiding parents through conflicts to improve communication and cooperation. Focusing on resolving disputes, clarifying parenting plans, and reducing stress for families. Child-centered approach to create healthier dynamics, fostering stability and ensuring the best outcomes for parents and their children.

I am a qualified mediator and have been a licensed attorney since January 2006.  My practice is dedicated exclusively to family law matters. I have extensive experience handling high conflict cases. My goal is to assist parents and families move forward and make decisions that are in their children's best interests. 

Ms. Wortmann practices solely in the area of Family Law, with expertise in issues of parenting time, custody, and post-judgement issues. She has experience in high conflict matters. She has her teaching certification and a degree in child advocacy in addition to her law degree.

Stephanie Arrington, LCSW, is a licensed psychotherapist based in Jersey City, NJ with over 15 years of experience working with children and families. Her approach is child-centered and solution focused to help parents improve communication, resolve conflicts, and work together effectively while co-parenting.

40+ years of family law practice has shown how contentious divorces harm children. I have left the acrimony of the courts and am selected by attorneys and judges as a mediator, guardian ad litem, parenting coordinator and arbitrator. I strive to help parents feel heard so they can interact with the other parent with empathy and respect and have reasonable expectations of the courts, their children and the other parent.

As a licensed mental health professional trained in high-conflict resolution, parent coordination, family mediation, and collaborative divorce, I help couples focus on their children's needs while navigating the challenging transitions of divorce. My goal is to enhance your co-parenting skills and facilitate healthy, respectful communication to create sustainable, child-centered solutions.

The goal of my parenting coordination services is to improve communications between the parents to foster a mutually respectful environment where their children have the opportunity to thrive and ultimately communicate with one another as not to need my services.

Faith A. Ullmann, Esq., is a Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney with 30 years of Family Law experience. Ms. Ullmann is also an Approved Family Mediator since 2003. Ms. Ullmann has received her Parenting Coordination training through the Association for Family Conciliation Courts (AFCC) in 2013 and 2018, and the specialized Parenting Coordinator training through the NJSBA in 2025. Ms. Ullmann has been appointed by the Court as a Parenting Coordinator in numerous cases.

I am qualified to act as a parenting coordinator based upon my experience as a family law attorney for over twenty-five (25) years. I am a certified matrimonial law attorney with extensive experience in litigating, settling, mediating, and acting as a parenting coordinator in high conflict cases. I also have personal experience with my own parenting issues as I have three (3) children of my own, including a son from my first marriage and a stepdaughter and a daughter from my current marriage.
