Landlord Tenant Services and Resources

While many court events are returning to an in-person format, the NJ Courts are continuing to use using new technology and creative solutions to ensure an open door to justice. Attorneys are now required to use eCourts for landlord tenant cases

New procedures are in place for Landlord Tenant matters. Watch the video to learn how residential landlord tenant reforms will impact your case. 

Among the reforms are changes to court rules regarding public access to landlord tenant cases in which no judgment of possession has been entered in the past seen years. This change implements recent legislation that sets confidentiality standards for some landlord tenant cases.
