ACJC Formal Hearing – In the Matter of Robert M. LePore, Judge of the Municipal Court

The Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct will hold a formal public hearing in In the Matter of Robert LePore, Judge of the Municipal Court at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 18 in the Supreme Court courtroom, Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, 25 Market St., Trenton.

A formal complaint was filed in this matter by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct on Oct. 26, 2023. An answer was filed on Nov. 6, 2023.

The hearing will be held in accordance with the “Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, Rule 2:15 Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct,” which is available at njcourts.gov.
