Hudson Vicinage to Celebrate National Adoption Day

The Hudson Vicinage will hold a National Adoption Day celebration on Friday, Nov. 22 at 9 a.m. at the Hudson County Administration Building, 595 Newark Ave, Jersey City.

The vicinage will host the event along with the state Division of Child Protection and Permanency and the Court Appointed Special Advocates of Hudson County.

Assignment Judge David B. Katz, Family Division Presiding Judge Radames Velazquez, and Family Division Judges Stevie Chambers and Margaret Marley will finalize the adoptions of three children who will be welcomed into their forever families.

National Adoption Day is an annual event to promote awareness of the value of adoptive families for children in foster care.
