Supreme Court Order – In the Matter of Douglas H. Hurd, Judge of the Superior Court
The Supreme Court has issued an order in response to a formal complaint filed by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct in In the Matter of Douglas H. Hurd, Judge of the Superior Court.
The formal complaint was filed on Jan. 30 and an amended answer was filed on March 7.
The complaint was filed in accordance with the “Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, Rule 2:15 Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct, which is available at njcourts.gov.
