Middlesex Vicinage to Hold Naturalization Ceremony

Assignment Judge Michael Toto will administer the Oath of Citizenship to 25 new citizens during the Middlesex Vicinage’s naturalization ceremony on Tuesday, Sept. 17.

The event will be held at 9 a.m. in the jury assembly room at the Middlesex County Courthouse, 56 Paterson St., New Brunswick.

Superior Court Judge Ana Viscomi and Trial Court Administrator Greg Lambard will give opening remarks. Superior Court Judge Alberto Rivas will give the keynote address. John Thompson, district director at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, will present the candidates prior to the oath.

The new citizens will be treated to breakfast and photos with Judge Toto following the ceremony.
