Supreme Court Order – In the Matter of Lewis J. Korngut, Judge of the Municipal Court
The Supreme Court has issued an order in response to an Affidavit of Consent filed with the Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct in In the Matter of Lewis J. Korngut, Judge of the Municipal Court.
An amended formal complaint was filed on Sept. 18, 2023, and an answer was filed on Oct. 30, 2023.
The complaint was filed in accordance with the “Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, Rule 2:15 Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct,” which is available at njcourts.gov.
