ACJC Formal Hearing Rescheduled – In the Matter of Lewis J. Korngut, Judge of the Municipal Court
The formal public hearing in In the Matter of Lewis J. Korngut, Judge of the Municipal Court has been rescheduled to Wednesday, May 29 at 10:30 a.m. and will occur remotely.

An amended formal complaint was filed in this matter by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct on Sept. 18, 2023. An answer was filed on Oct. 30, 2023.
The hearing will be held in accordance with the “Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, Rule 2:15 Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct,” which is available at njcourts.gov.
