ACJC Formal Hearing – In the Matter of Lewis J. Korngut, Judge of the Municipal Court
The Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct will hold a formal public hearing in In the Matter of Lewis J. Korngut, Judge of the Municipal Court remotely at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 27.
The hearing can be viewed here on the public channels page under Administrative Office of the Courts.
An amended formal complaint was filed in this matter by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct on Sept. 18, 2023. An answer was filed on Oct. 30, 2023.
The hearing will be held in accordance with the “Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, Rule 2:15 Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct,” which is available at njcourts.gov.
