Middlesex Vicinage Seeking Organizations for Resource Fair

The Middlesex Vicinage is seeking organization representatives for its 2024 resource fair, an event that helps provide essential resources and support for individuals in recovery court, pretrial services, and probation.

The resource fair, scheduled for Friday, April 19, is open to the public, including community members interested in supporting individuals in recovery. The event serves as a one-stop destination for a diverse array of resources, including counseling and mental health services, employment and vocational training, housing assistance, substance abuse treatment and support groups, legal aid and advocacy services, and health and wellness resources.

“In recovery court, we focus not just on sobriety, but also on all the things that lead to a healthy recovery, such as having stable employment, a safe place to live, and a healthy lifestyle. That's why it's so important for our people to know about these resources,” said Superior Court Judge Robert Jones, the vicinage’s recovery court judge.
