Superior Court Judges Available to Conduct Election Hearings

Superior Court judges are available across the state to conduct hearings for election challenges or issues for early voting and on Election Day.

Designated judges are available to promptly hear election matters through Tuesday, Nov. 7. Voters, elections officials, and attorneys can appear either by video or telephone. Court staff will coordinate the virtual proceedings. 

Voters who are seeking assistance on how to cast their vote can contact their county clerk’s office and/or board of elections.

There is no early voting scheduled for Monday, Nov. 6.
