Joe Lagomarsino Named Assistant Director for Technical Services and Infrastructure

Joe Lagomarsino has been named the assistant director for technical services and infrastructure, effective Feb. 1, 2024, Glenn A. Grant, administrative director of the courts, announced today.

Lagomarsino, senior manager for technical services and operations since 2018, succeeds Ron Wildmann, who is retiring early next year after more than 31 years with the Judiciary.

In his position, Lagomarsino will be responsible for the Judiciary’s core infrastructure, networks, and related support services. He will oversee an infrastructure that includes 650 networked locations servicing nearly 200,000 court staff and judges, law enforcement officers, attorneys, and federal agencies.

Lagomarsino joined the Judiciary in 2001, serving as manager of information technology for the Somerset/Hunterdon/Warren Vicinage. In 2017, he held the job of assistant trial court administrator/operations manager before joining the Administrative Office of the Courts.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
