ACJC Formal Hearing – In the Matter of R. Douglas Hoffman, Judge of the Municipal Court
The Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct will continue the formal public hearing in In the Matter of R. Douglas Hoffman, Judge of the Municipal Court at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 15 remotely.
The hearing can be viewed here on the Supreme Court webcast page.
A formal complaint in this matter was filed by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct on April 10. An answer was filed on April 13.
The hearing will be held in accordance with the “Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, Rule 2:15 Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct,” available at njcourts.gov.
