ACJC Answer – In the Matter of Lewis J. Korngut, Judge of the Municipal Court
An answer has been filed in response to an amended complaint in In the Matter of Lewis J. Korngut, Judge of the Municipal Court.
A formal complaint was filed in this matter by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct on July 10 and an amended complaint was filed on Sept. 18.
A hearing will be held in accordance with the “Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, Rule 2:15 Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct,” available at njcourts.gov.
