Supreme Court Order – In the Matter of Mary F. Thurber, Judge of the Superior Court
The Supreme Court has issued an order in response to a Stipulation of Discipline by Consent filed with the Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct in In the Matter of Mary F. Thurber, Judge of the Superior Court.
A complaint was filed on Jan. 12 and an answer was filed on Feb. 22.
The complaint was filed in accordance with the “Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, Rule 2:15 Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct,” which is available at njcourts.gov.
