Mercer Vicinage to Hold Customer Service Week
The Mercer Vicinage will host Customer Service Week from Monday, Oct 2 through Friday, Oct. 6. The event, which focuses on the importance of customer service, will offer support and provide education to people who serve customers on a daily basis.
Activities during the week include daily in-person and online customer satisfaction surveys for court users, daily virtual discussions for staff with panelists from each division, and mental health awareness webinars presented by the Mercer County Behavioral Health Commission.
One mental health awareness session is for court staff, and one session is a community court night event on Thursday, Oct. 5 at 5:30 p.m. that is open to the public. Registration for the event is at njcourts.gov under upcoming events.
