An answer in response to a formal complaint in In the Matter of R. Douglas Hoffman, Judge of the Municipal Court has been filed. A formal complaint was filed by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct on April 10.
A formal hearing will be scheduled in accordance with the “Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, Rule 2:15 Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct," which is available at njcourts.gov.
