Order – Wiretap Judges – Revisions as to Bergen and Monmouth

It is ORDERED that the August 14, 2020 order designating as Wiretap Judges those Superior Court judges authorized to receive applications for and to enter orders authorizing interceptions of wire, electronic or oral communications pursuant to the New Jersey Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act, N.J.S.A. 2A: 156A-1 et seq. ("Wiretap Judges Order"), which order has been amended by a series of orders, is further amended as follows:

1. To designate Superior Court Judges Nina C. Remson and Mitchell Steinhart as Wiretap Judges for Vicinage 2 (Bergen County), succeeding Superior Court Judges Bonnie J. Mizdol and Margaret M. Foti in that designation, effective retroactive to August 4, 2023; and
2. To designate Superior Court Judge Jill G. O'Malley as a Wiretap Judge for Vicinage 9 (Monmouth County), succeeding Superior Court Judge Henry P. Butehom in that designation, effective September 1, 2023.
