Order – Superior Court Richard J. Nocella Designated as Burlington General Equity Presiding Judge (Effective April 5, 2025)

It is ORDERED that effective April 5, 2025 and until further order, Superior Court Judge Richard J. Nocella is assigned to the General Equity Division of Superior Court for Burlington County (Vicinage 3) as Presiding Judge. This will amend the 2024-2025 General Assignment Order dated July 16, 2024.
