Order – Superior Court Judge W. Todd Miller – Revised Judicial Assignment on Recall – Atlantic/Cape May Criminal (effective April 1, 2025)

It is ORDERED that retired Superior Court Judge W. Todd Miller, serving on recall pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13 by the Court’s Order of March 19, 2024, will be reassigned on recall effective April 1, 2025 to the Criminal Division of Superior Court in Atlantic and Cape May Counties (Vicinage 1); this will supersede the assignment portion of the March 19, 2024 order.
