Order – Superior Court Judge Vincent J. Grasso Continued on Judicial Recall

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY

                It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Vincent J. Grasso, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years, effective December 1, 2024 through November 30, 2026; and 

                It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Grasso will remain temporarily assigned to the Civil, Criminal, and Family Divisions of Superior Court in Ocean County (Vicinage 14).
