Order – Superior Court Judge Verna G. Leath Continued on Judicial Recall Assigned to Essex Criminal Division

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY

    It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Verna G. Leath, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years, effective March 6, 2025 through March 5, 2027, or until further Order; and

    It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Leath will remain temporarily assigned to the Criminal Division of Superior Court in Essex County (Vicinage 5).
