Order – Superior Court Judge Thomas R. Vena – Continuation of Judicial Recall.

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Thomas R. Vena, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective November 7, 2024 through November 6, 2026; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Vena will remain temporarily assigned to the Civil Division of Superior Court in Essex County (Vicinage 5).
