Order – Superior Court Judge Thomas J. Shusted, Jr. Recalled to Temporary Judicial Service – Camden Civil/Criminal/Family Divisions

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Thomas J. Shusted, Jr., who will be retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years effective February 18, 2025 through February 17, 2027; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Shusted will be temporarily assigned to the Civil, Criminal, and Family Divisions of Superior Court in Camden County (Vicinage 4).
