Order – Superior Court Judge Thomas J. LaConte – Short-Term Recall Continuation

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Thomas J. LaConte, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for the period February 5, 2025 through June 30, 2025, or until further Order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this short-term recall continuation, Judge LaConte will remain temporarily assigned to the Civil and General Equity Divisions of Superior Court in Passaic County (Vicinage 11).
