Order – Superior Court Judge Sean D. Gertner Reassigned to the General Equity Division in the Ocean Vicinage (effective August 1, 2024)

It is ORDERED that effective August 1, 2024, and until further Order, Superior Court Judge Sean D. Gertner is hereby assigned to the General Equity Division of Superior Court in Ocean County (Vicinage 14 ); this will amend the 2023-2024 General Assignment Order dated July 31, 2023.
