Order – Superior Court Judge Louis S. Sceusi Continued on Judicial Recall

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Louis S. Sceusi, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby prospectively continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, effective June 9, 2024 through June 8, 2026 or until further Order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this recall continuation, Judge Sceusi will remain temporarily assigned to the Civil Division in Vicinage 10 (Morris and Sussex Counties).
