Order - Superior Court Judge L. Grace Spencer Designated as Supervising Special Civil Part Judge for the Essex Vicinage

          It is ORDERED that effective July 1, 2024, and until further Order, Superior Court Judge L. Grace Spencer is hereby designated as the Supervising Special Civil Part Judge for the Essex Vicinage (Vicinage 5); this will amend the 2023-2024 General Assignment Order dated July 31, 2023.
