Order – Superior Court Judge Joseph P. Donohue Continued on Judicial Recall Assigned to Union Criminal

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

              It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Joseph P. Donohue, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years, effective January 17, 2025 through January 16, 2027, or until further Order; and  

              It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Donohue will remain temporarily assigned to the Criminal Division of Superior Court in Union County (Vicinage 12).
