Order – Superior Court Judge John E. Harrington – Continuation of Judicial Recall Service

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge John E. Harrington, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years, effective November 13, 2024 through November 12, 2026; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Harrington will remain temporarily assigned to the Civil Division of Superior Court in Burlington County (Vicinage 3).
