Order – Superior Court Judge Jodi Lee Alper – Recalled to Temporary Judicial Service in Morris/Sussex General Equity Division

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Jodi Lee Alper, who will be retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years effective February 1, 2025 through January 31, 2027; and 

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Alper will be temporarily assigned to the General Equity Division of Superior Court in Morris and Sussex Counties (Vicinage 10).
