Order - Superior Court Judge James M. DeMarzo Designated as General Equity Presiding Judge for Morris/Sussex Counties

It is ORDERED that effective May 1, 2025 and until further order, Superior Court Judge James M. DeMarzo is assigned to the General Equity Division of Superior Court for Morris and Sussex Counties (Vicinage 10) as Presiding Judge. This will amend the 2024-2025 General Assignment Order dated July 16, 2024.
