Order – Superior Court Judge Frances A. McGrogan Continued on Judicial Recall – Assigned to Bergen Criminal and Family Divisions

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Frances A. McGrogan, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years, effective January 17, 2025 through January 16, 2027, or until further Order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge McGrogan will remain temporarily assigned to the Criminal and Family Divisions of Superior Court in Vicinage 2 (Bergen County).
