Order – Superior Court Judge Darren T. DiBiasi Designated as Bergen Acting Assignment Judge in the Event of the Unavailability of the Assignment Judge

It is ORDERED that effective immediately and until further order, Superior Court Judge Darren T. DiBiasi is designated as Acting Assignment Judge for Bergen County (Vicinage 2) in the event of the unavailability of the Assignment Judge.  This will amend the 2024-2025 General Assignment Order dated July 16, 2024.
