Order - Superior Court Judge Chad N. Cagan Reassigned to the Monmouth Civil Division and Designated as the Complex Business Litigation Program Judge for the Vicinage

It is ORDERED that effective July 22, 2024, and until further Order, Superior Court Judge Chad N. Cagan is hereby assigned to the Civil Division of Superior Court in Monmouth County (Vicinage 9), and also is designated as the Complex Business Litigation Program judge for the vicinage. This will amend the 2023-2024 General Assignment Order dated July 31, 2023.
