Order – Retired Superior Court Judge Honora O’Brien Kilgallen Recalled to Temporary Judicial Service

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Honora O'Brien Kilgallen, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Cou1i for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years beginning July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Kilgallen wi ll be temporarily assigned to the Criminal Division of Superior Court in Monmouth County (Vicinage 9).
