Order – Retired Appellate Division Judge Francis J. Vernoia Recalled to Temporary Judicial Service in the Monmouth Civil, Criminal, and Family Divisions

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Appellate Division Judge Francis J. Vernoia, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years effective May 19, 2025 through May 18, 2027; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Vernoia will be temporarily assigned to the Civil, Criminal, and Family Divisions of Superior Court in Monmouth County (Vicinage 9).
