Order – Recall of Retired Superior Court Judge Vincent N. Falcetano, Jr. to Temporary Judicial Service

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A- 13, Superior Court Judge Vincent N. Falcetano, Jr., retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years beginning July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Falcetano will be temporarily assigned to the Criminal Division of Superior Court in Monmouth County (Vicinage 9).
