Order - Recall of Retired Superior Court Judge Linda L. Lawhun – Assigned to Cumberland/Gloucester/Salem Criminal

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

        It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Linda L. Lawhun, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years effective March 1, 2025 through February 28, 2027; and  

        It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Lawhun will be temporarily assigned to the Criminal Division of Superior Court in Vicinage 15 (Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties).
