Order - Recall Continuation for Superior Court Judge William J. McGovern III

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge William J. McGovern III, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years, effective January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2026; and 

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge McGovern will remain temporarily assigned to the Civil Division of Superior Court in Sussex County (Vicinage 10).
