Order - Recall Continuation for Superior Court Judge James A. Farber

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

        It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge James A. Farber, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2026, or until further order; and 

        It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Farber will remain temporarily assigned to the Family Division of Superior Court in Sussex County (Vicinage 10).
