Order – Recall Continuation for Retired Superior Court Judge Richard F. Wells

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

           It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Richard F. Wells, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective October 6, 2024 through October 5, 2026 or until further Order; and  

           It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Wells will remain temporarily assigned to the Civil, Criminal, and Family Divisions of Superior Court in Camden County (Vicinage 4).
