Order – Recall Continuation for Appellate Division Judge Marie P. Simonelli

It is ORDERED that, pursuantto N.J.S.A. 43:6A:·13, Appellate Division Judge Marie P. Simonelli, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, effective December 1, 2023 through November 30, 2025, or until further Order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this recall continuation, Judge Simonelli remains temporarily assigned to the Appellate Division of Superior Court: (a) as a settlement judge for the Civil Appeals Settlement Program (CASP); (b) as chair of the Committee on Opinions (Rule 1 :36-2); and (c) to handle such other administrative assignments as assigned by the Chief Judge of the Appellate Division.
