Order – Prospective Recall of Superior Court Judge Michael C. Gaus

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43 :6A-l 3, Superior Court Judge Michael C. Gaus, who will be retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby prospectively recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years beginning August 16, 2024 through August 15, 2026; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Gaus will be temporarily assigned to the Civil and Criminal Divisions of Superior Court in Sussex County (Vicinage 10).
