Order – Municipal Court Administrator Certification Board – Reappointments, New Appointment, Continued Chair/Vice-Chair Designations

It is ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 1:41-1(b), Assignment Judge Stuart A. Minkowitz is designated to continue as the representative of the Conference of Assignment Judges on the Municipal Court Administrator Certification Board (“Board”) for a new two-year term that begins January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2026; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 1:41-1(c), Claudia Santos, C.M.C.A. is reappointed as a member of the Board for a new three-year term that begins January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 1:41-1(c) Cynthia Holmes, C.M.C.A. is appointed as member of the Board for a three-year term that begins January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 1:41-l(d), Assignment Judge Stuart A. Minkowitz and Assistant Director Deidra L. Barlow are designated to continue to serve as Board Chair and Vice-Chair respectively for an additional one-year term that begins January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025.
