Order – Multicounty Litigation – Reassignment of Proton Pump Inhibitor MCL to Judge Danielle Walcoff (Atlantic)

It is ORDERED that effective immediately and until further order, the Court's November 6, 2019 Order designating as multicounty litigation all pending and future state-court litigation seeking damages or other relief arising out of use of Proton-Pump Inhibitors and assigning that litigation for centralized management to Superior Court Judge John C. Porto in Atlantic County, is hereby amended so as to reassign all such matters to Superior Court Judge Danielle J. Walcoff in Atlantic County, with all specific references in that prior order to Judge Porto now to be read as references to Judge Walcoff.
