Order – Judge William J. McGovern III – Prospectively Recalled to Judicial Service.

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge William J. McGovern III, who will be retiring on pension and having given his consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years, effective January 1, 2023, or until further Order; and 
It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge McGovern will be temporarily assigned to the Civil Divisiorl of Superior Court in Sussex County (Vicinage 10).
