Order – Judge Tosca E. Blandford-Bynoe Reassigned to the Family Division of Superior Court in Cumberland County

           It is ORDERED that effective May 1, 2025, and until further Order, Superior Court Judge Tosca E. Blandford-Bynoe is hereby assigned to the Family Division of Superior Court in Cumberland County (Vicinage 15); this will amend the 2024-2025 General Assignment Order dated July 16, 2024.
