Order - Judge Thomas J. LaConte – Continued on Judicial Recall.

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Thomas J. Laconte, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years, effective February 5, 2023 through February 4, 2025, or until further Order; and

 It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Laconte will remain temporarily assigned to the Civil and General Equity Divisions of Superior Court in Passaic County (Vicinage 11 ).
